- 230 g peeled Ambon banana
- 40 ml liquid milk
- 70 g palm sugar
- 3 tbsp raisins, chopped
- 2 chicken eggs
- 2 SariWangi Milk Tea Teh Tarik
- 125 g wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 80 ml of oil
- 3 tbsp chocolate chips
How to make
- Mash the bananas using a fork. Mix well with liquid milk.
- Beat the palm sugar with eggs and SariWangi Milk Tea Teh Tarik until smooth using a whisk.
- Add banana mixture, stir. Pour in the oil while stirring until smooth.
- Put the flour, baking powder, and baking soda into a bowl filled with dough using a sieve while sifting. Stir well. Add chocolate chips, stir.
- Prepare a rectangular pan that has been smeared with margarine, pour the sponge mixture into it.
- Steamed in a hot pot until cooked. Lift. Remove from the tin. Serve.
