Materials
100 g bean sprouts
100 g long beans, chopped
100 g cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
1 chayote, cut into matchsticks
250 g kale, noon
250 g young coconut, grated
2 tbsp Bango Spicy Sweet Soy Sauce
Ground spices
6 large red chilies
4 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
1 cm kencur
1 tsp salt
tsp brown sugar
3 tbsp oil
How to make
- Boil enough water, boil all the vegetables separately. Lift, drain.
- On a frying pan, roast the grated coconut until fragrant. Add ground spices, stir. Cook until done.
- Pour in the Bango Sweet and Spicy Soy Sauce, mix well. Lift.
- Stir in the vegetables and roasted coconut. Serve.
