Spicy Sweet Vegetable Urap

Materials

 100 g bean sprouts
100 g long beans, chopped
100 g cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
1 chayote, cut into matchsticks
250 g kale, noon
250 g young coconut, grated
2 tbsp Bango Spicy Sweet Soy Sauce

Ground spices

 6 large red chilies
4 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
1 cm kencur
1 tsp salt
tsp brown sugar
3 tbsp oil

How to make

  1. Boil enough water, boil all the vegetables separately. Lift, drain.

  2. On a frying pan, roast the grated coconut until fragrant. Add ground spices, stir. Cook until done.

  3. Pour in the Bango Sweet and Spicy Soy Sauce, mix well. Lift.

  4. Stir in the vegetables and roasted coconut. Serve.
