Materials
300 g squid
2 lime leaves
2 bay leaves
3 tbsp Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
tsp Royco Chicken Broth
salt
galangal, bruise
vegetable oil
Ground spices
5 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
2 curly red chilies
5 pieces of chili
ginger
turmeric
How to make
- Wash the squid. Slice and add orange juice. Set aside.
- Saute ground spices with oil with bay leaves, lime leaves, and galangal until fragrant.
- Saute the squid and mix well. Add Royco Chicken Broth, salt, and Bango Sweet Soy Sauce. Stir, taste test, and cook until the water has reduced. Serve.
