Spicy Soy Sauce

Materials

 300 g squid
2 lime leaves
2 bay leaves
3 tbsp Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
tsp Royco Chicken Broth
salt
galangal, bruise
vegetable oil

Ground spices

 5 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
2 curly red chilies
5 pieces of chili
ginger
turmeric

How to make

  1. Wash the squid. Slice and add orange juice. Set aside.

  2. Saute ground spices with oil with bay leaves, lime leaves, and galangal until fragrant.

  3. Saute the squid and mix well. Add Royco Chicken Broth, salt, and Bango Sweet Soy Sauce. Stir, taste test, and cook until the water has reduced. Serve.
