Spicy Roast Goat

Materials

 500 g mutton has deep, sliced 1/2 cm
75 ml Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
3 tbsp chili paste ready to use
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp mixed herbs

How to make


  1. In a heatproof dish, pierce the mutton with a fork.

  2. Coat the mutton with Bango Sweet Soy Sauce, chili paste, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and mixed herbs. Leave it for 30 minutes.

  3. Bake the goat in a hot oven at 180C until cooked (about 25 minutes), remove from heat.

  4. Serve warm with white rice or baked potatoes.
