Spicy Fried Rice

Materials

 600 g white rice
2 chicken eggs
150 g sardines, shredded
1 pack of Royco Spicy Fried Rice Complete Seasoning
50 g carrots, cut into 1 cm dice, boil briefly
50 g chickpeas, cut into 1 cm, boil briefly
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp margarine
2 coriander stalks, leaves for sprinkling

How to make

  1. Heat oil and margarine in a skillet over high heat. Add the eggs, let it rest for a while. Cook scrambled.

  2. After the eggs are cooked, add the sardines, carrots and green beans. Stir well.

  3. Add rice and Royco Complete Seasoning Spicy Fried Rice, stir well. Cook until the spices absorb.

  4. Arrange fried rice on a serving plate. Sprinkle with coriander leaves.
