Materials
600 g white rice
2 chicken eggs
150 g sardines, shredded
1 pack of Royco Spicy Fried Rice Complete Seasoning
50 g carrots, cut into 1 cm dice, boil briefly
50 g chickpeas, cut into 1 cm, boil briefly
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp margarine
2 coriander stalks, leaves for sprinkling
How to make
- Heat oil and margarine in a skillet over high heat. Add the eggs, let it rest for a while. Cook scrambled.
- After the eggs are cooked, add the sardines, carrots and green beans. Stir well.
- Add rice and Royco Complete Seasoning Spicy Fried Rice, stir well. Cook until the spices absorb.
- Arrange fried rice on a serving plate. Sprinkle with coriander leaves.
