Spicy Cheese Cassava

Materials

 1 kg of medium cassava
1 liter of water
6 cloves of garlic, bruised
1 tsp Royco Chicken Broth
½ tsp white pepper powder
150 g of cheddar cheese, grated
The oil for frying

Spicy mayo sauce

 4 tbsp Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
3 tbsp Jawara Extra Hot Sambal Sauce

How to make

  1. Peel the cassava, cut into 7 cm pieces.

  2. Prepare a saucepan, add water, garlic, ground pepper, and Royco Chicken Stock, stir. Enter cassava. Boil until cassava is cooked. Lift and drain.

  3. Heat the oil, fry the cassava until the surface is crisp. Lift and drain.

  4. Transfer the cassava to a serving plate. Sprinkle grated cheese over the cassava. Set aside.

  5. Spicy mayo sauce: Mix Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise with Jawara Sambal Extra Hot Sauce.

  6. Serve cassava cheese with spicy mayo sauce.
