500 g jerbung prawns, head removed, back
200 g mushroom, cut into 2 parts

3 tbsp sesame oil
tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tbsp water
4 tbsp margarine, for frying

How to make

  1. Coat the prawns with Royco Chicken Broth and pepper until smooth. Leave it for 15 minutes. Set aside.

  2. Heat the oil, fry the shrimp for a while or half-cooked, remove from heat. Drain and set aside.

  3. Heat margarine, saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add mushrooms and sesame oil, stir. Add prawns, stir.

  4. Add Royco Oyster Sauce, Bango Sweet Soy Sauce, chili, and spring onions, mix well, stir until wilted.
