Sauteed Mustard and Shrimp

Materials

 400 g chicory, cut into 5 cm
150 g peeled prawns
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
10 dried chilies, cut into 3 cm
1 tbsp vinegar
1.25 tsp Royco Chicken Broth
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
4 tbsp oil, for frying

How to make

  1. Saute garlic until fragrant. Add the prawns and cook until the color changes.

  2. Add dry chilies, vinegar, mustard greens, scallions, mix well.

  3. Add Royco Chicken Broth, soy sauce, and sugar. Cook until all vegetables are cooked.

  4. Turn off the heat, pour the sesame oil. Stir well.

  5. Remove and serve while warm.
