Materials
400 g chicory, cut into 5 cm
150 g peeled prawns
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
10 dried chilies, cut into 3 cm
1 tbsp vinegar
1.25 tsp Royco Chicken Broth
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
4 tbsp oil, for frying
How to make
- Saute garlic until fragrant. Add the prawns and cook until the color changes.
- Add dry chilies, vinegar, mustard greens, scallions, mix well.
- Add Royco Chicken Broth, soy sauce, and sugar. Cook until all vegetables are cooked.
- Turn off the heat, pour the sesame oil. Stir well.
- Remove and serve while warm.
