Oseng Tofu Tempe

Materials

 1 piece of Chinese tofu, cut into 2 cm dice, fried until skinned
300 g tempeh, cut into 2 cm dice, fry until cooked
4 tbsp Bango Sweet Black Soy Sauce
tbsp Royco Chicken Broth
5 tbsp water
2 spring onions, cut into 2 cm
3 tbsp oil, for frying

Stir-fry seasoning

 6 red onions, sliced
4 cloves of garlic, sliced
4 red chilies, sliced oblique
4 cm galangal, bruised
2 bay leaves
2 lemongrass stalks, bruised

How to make
stir fry tofu, stir fry ingredients

  1. Heat the oil, fry all the spices until fragrant.

  2. Add in Bango Sweet Black Soy Sauce, water, and Royco Chicken Broth. Stir well.

  3. Add tofu, tempeh, scallions, and tomatoes, stir. Cook until absorbed.

  4. Remove and serve.
