Oseng Tempe Soy Sauce

Materials

 500 g tempeh, diced, fried
6 red onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 spring onion, sliced
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp Royco Chicken Broth
6 tbsp Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
500 ml water
2 tbsp oil, for frying

How to make


  1. Heat the oil, add the onion and garlic. Saute until fragrant.

  2. Add pepper, Bango Sweet Soy Sauce, and Royco Chicken Broth. Stir well.

  3. Add tempeh and water. Stir well, cook until the gravy thickens.

  4. Add the scallions, mix well.

  5. Remove and serve.
