Materials
500 g tempeh, diced, fried
6 red onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 spring onion, sliced
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp Royco Chicken Broth
6 tbsp Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
500 ml water
2 tbsp oil, for frying
How to make
- Heat the oil, add the onion and garlic. Saute until fragrant.
- Add pepper, Bango Sweet Soy Sauce, and Royco Chicken Broth. Stir well.
- Add tempeh and water. Stir well, cook until the gravy thickens.
- Add the scallions, mix well.
- Remove and serve.
