Materials
350 g broccoli, pick the florets
3 cloves of garlic
100 g button mushrooms, cut into 4 parts
1 tsp Royco Beef Broth
1 tbsp margarine
1 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tbsp water
Ice water
Water, to boil
How to make
- Boil broccoli in water for 1 minute. Lift, drain. Flush with ice water. Drain. Arrange on a serving plate.
- Make mushroom sauce: Saute garlic with margarine until fragrant. Add mushrooms, mix well.
- Add Royco Beef Broth and the rest of the ingredients except for the flour solution, bring to a boil.
- After boiling, pour in the flour solution, cook until thickened.
- Pour the sauce over the broccoli. Serve immediately.
