Grilled Fish with Rujak

The main ingredient

 1 gourami
1 tsp salt

Ground spices

 5 red onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 pecan
2 red chilies
2 curly red chilies
3 tomatoes
1.5 tbsp sugar
tsp salt
1 tsp shrimp paste
2 cm ginger

Salad seasoning ingredients

 1 bay leaf
2 tbsp Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
1 tsp Royco Chicken Broth

How to make

  1. Puree all the spices using a blender.

  2. Clean, cut the sides, and coat the carp with salt. Then fry in the pan until cooked on both sides. Lift and drain. Saute ground spices and bay leaf until fragrant and cooked, then season with Royco Chicken Broth. Turn off the heat and put the fried carp in it.

  3. Grill the fish in a frying pan over low heat. Season with Bango Sweet Soy Sauce.

  4. Serve the grilled fish with rujak seasoning with chopped tomatoes.
