Materials
200 g seedless grapes, halved
150 g peeled pineapple, cut into triangles
12 strawberries, halved
2 kiwis, peeled, halved lengthwise, thinly sliced
Glass pudding layer
5 g plain powdered gelatin (without taste and color)
5 g jelly powder plain
40 g sugar
600 ml water
Guava pudding layer
150 g red dragon fruit flesh, finely blended
100 ml liquid milk
4 g agar powder plain
3 g jelly powder plain
400 ml Buavita Guava
How to make
- Prepare a large pudding pan. Arrange a portion of each fruit ingredient onto the bottom of the pan. Set aside.
- Glass pudding layer: Mix all ingredients well. Cook over medium heat, stirring until almost boiling. Lift.
- Pour some of the batter or until the fruits are submerged in the bottom of the pan. Allow it to harden slightly, meanwhile reheat the remaining glass pudding layer over low heat so that the pudding solution doesn't harden.
- Prick the layers of the hardened glass pudding so that the next layer of pudding sticks more. Arrange the rest of the fruit on top. Pour the remaining glass pudding layer over it. Let it harden. Set aside.
- Guava pudding layer: Mix well all ingredients including Buavita Guava. Cook over medium heat until almost boiling. Lift.
- Prick again the hardened glass pudding layer. Pour in a layer of guava pudding. Let it harden. Store in the refrigerator. Allow the pudding to cool. Serve.
