Ingredient
220 g wheat flour
1.5 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp Royco Chicken Broth
tsp baking powder
tsp white pepper powder
300 ml water
120 g enoki mushrooms
100 g carrots, cut into matchsticks
50 g spinach leaves
1 spring onion, thinly sliced
the oil for frying
How to make
- Add flour, rice flour, Royco Chicken Broth, baking powder, and pepper, mix well. Pour water while stirring until evenly distributed.
- Add enoki mushrooms, carrots, spinach, and scallions, mix well.
Steps to mix all the ingredients for the enoki noodles. - Heat the oil, spoon the bakwan mixture using a vegetable spoon.
Serving of enoki fried bakwan. - Fry until cooked and crispy. Lift and drain
