Ingredient
900 g skinless chicken
3 cm galangal
500 ml water
2 tbsp tamarind water
1 tbsp Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
2 tsp Royco Chicken Broth
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp oil, for frying
Ground spices
6 cloves of garlic
1.5 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin
tsp white pepper powder
How to make
- Heat oil, saute ground spices and galangal until fragrant. Add the chicken pieces, cook until it changes color.
Marinated Coriander Roasted Chicken - Pour water and tamarind water, mix well. Add Bango Sweet Soy Sauce and Royco Chicken Broth, stir. Cook until the chicken is cooked. Lift.
- Heat a frying pan, cook chicken until brown. Lift.
- Place on a serving plate. Drizzle with lime juice. Serve.
