Coconut Milk Quail Eggs

Materials

 500 g quail eggs, boiled and peeled
1 L liquid coconut milk
2 pieces of kandis acid
5 lime leaves, finely sliced
1 sheet of turmeric leaf, finely sliced
1 tbsp Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
2 tsp salt

Fine spice ingredients

 2 cloves of garlic
5 red onions
15 curly red chilies
2 lemongrass stalks, take the white
1 cm ginger
1 cm galangal
1 cm turmeric

How to make

  1. Over medium heat, stir-fry the ground spices until they start to dry and then add the coconut milk. Stir well.

  2. Enter Kandis acid, orange leaves and turmeric leaves. Reduce heat and cook until thickened.

  3. Add quail eggs, salt, and sweet soy sauce. Cook until the egg is slightly brown in color and the spices are absorbed. Serve.
