3 eggs, beaten

3 tbsp Chili Pepper Sprinkle Fried Onion
Chilok dough
70 g tapioca flour
20 g wheat flour
100 ml hot water
4 cloves of garlic, puree
tsp Royco Chicken Broth
tsp salt
1 scallion, finely sliced
How to make
- Dough cilok: Heat water over medium heat. Add garlic, salt, and Royco Chicken Broth. Stir briefly until dissolved. Lift.
- Pour into a bowl containing tapioca flour, stirring quickly until well blended. Add flour, mix well until it forms.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Chili Pepper Sprinkles with Fried Onions and scallions, mix well.
- Boil water in a saucepan over medium heat to boil the cilok, add 1 tbsp oil. Take -1 tsp of cilok dough, round it. Repeat the same process until the dough runs out. Boil the cilok gradually until cooked, marked with floating cilok. Lift and drain. Set aside.
- Stir in the chicken eggs with the remaining Chili Peppers Sprinkle Fried Onions. Set aside.
- Insert the cilok into the skewer. Set aside.
- Heat the oil, dip the cilok skewers into the egg. Fry in hot oil until half cooked. Remove, dip back into the egg, fry until cooked. Lift and drain. Repeat the same process for the remaining ingredients. Serve.
